I just love Texas and the fact that we have our own independence day. I wish I was home so I could celebrate at Chuy's or Taco Cabana in the warm sunshine...but I'll just celebrate from 1600 miles away where Dr. Suess is the only thing important today (don't give me wrong I LOVE that guy).
Seriously though. Is there another state with an independence day?
