Being in class all day on Mondays, and the same classroom for four consecutive hours gives me more than enough time to think, which led to this delightful post. I have started to contemplate what has brought me to the very spot I sit in now, and what I have learned or am in the process of learning this school year. So, here goes...
- I'm a fighter for the most important things.
- I LOVE teaching! Three cheers for choosing the right major!
- I am far more trusting than I ever thought I could be yet...
- I have an endless amount of walls up.
- The little things matter most.
- I appreciate when everything is clean and orderly.
- I love Relief Society (don't tell my mom).
- My relationships with my parents are continuously growing, and that gives me joy.
- I am ME. I am independent, reliable, and don't need people to tell me what to do...but I still like the guidance :)
- The temple is my favorite place in Cache Valley, or any point the temple is clearly visible from.
- I don't love texting as much anymore.
- I need to be less judgemental.
- I am recognizing blessings more and more, and I am full of gratitude. The tender mercies in my life never seem to cease no matter what my mood is.
- The church is STILL true.
- I'm a people person, even if I'm in a bad mood I'm happier with friends around.
- I love providing service for others, even if it's in the littlest of ways.
- I still have absolutely no guts.
- I wish everyone realized how amazing the Gospel is and that it brings blessings and miracles incomprehensible to us into our lives.
- My self-esteem is lower than I thought, and I need to work on that.
- When I sacrifice time to go to the gym, I am happier and feel productive.
- The innocence that children possess gives me hope for the future.
- If my life seems to be going to well, it will come crashing down hard and fast. Tried and tested multiple times...it always seems to be true.
- Patience is becoming my strength, not a weakness.
- I love cooking and trying new recipes. I wish I had the time, money, and energy to cook delicious meals every day.
- Jeans are my best friend. Wearing dress pants three times a week is not warm nor extremely comfortable. On the opposite hand, jeans are.
- I will always be learning something.
I know I am not ready to face anything this world has to hurl at me, but I'm willing to give it a shot. I am grateful to have such fantastic friends who stand by my side through the thick and thin, the cold and freezing cold.

| Oh Austin, I miss you. And kayaking in February. |
I will stand by you even in the Logan cold which on the scale of cold and freezing cold is 30-40 degrees below freezing cold :)
