Well, Harry Potter was fan-freaking-tastic.

I am so grateful for technology. I love the modern world, even though it can be overwhelming a lot of the time. Why be thankful for technology? Easy. Harry Potter. I could just end there, but I won't. Movies. Cell phones. Internet (email, facebook, blogging...). Cars. Radio. Airplanes. Google Maps. Texting. All of these are just so great, even though in the long run too much can hinder a society. 

Today, I am grateful for landscapes. Being from Austin, I grew up appreciating the hill country and the view of Austin's skyline (which is beautiful too). However, in the past 3 years, I have come to LOVE other landscapes. The mountains that tower over me every day, the east coast forests, the changing of seasons...They take my breathe away and I love that I have the chance to appreciate it, even though sometimes I forget how much I enjoy it. Also, a bonus of Utah is how diverse the landscape is. I love how you can drive seven hours and be in a completely different place, surrounded by radiate red rocks. Yep. I love scenery. :)
