Just Do It.

I am grateful for adventures today. Why? We may or may not have gone "exploring" in the canyon with an ax. It was festive and jolly. It was cold and wet. It was funny and the best. I can now check that off my list of things to do!

Today, I am also grateful for life. And the small and simple promptings of the Holy Ghost. I was walking home from work today. (p.s. to those Texans not here, it's snowing. A LOT. There's a blizzard warning for tomorrow.) I had been considering changing up my route, to make it more exciting, but I decided against it and waited for the light to change and walked the normal way home. A few feet before 900 N., a car hits another car and runs onto the sidewalk, directly parallel from me. I cannot even begin express how grateful I am to have followed that prompting I didn't even recognize, and that I am 100% healthy. I know my Heavenly Father knows me and loves me (and everyone else...but hey, it's my blog so there). I'm so grateful to have the ability to recognize and appreciate the small and simple things in my life.
