Truth Thursday

So...Katie, over in Austria started doing Truth Tuesday, but I want to do it on Thursday, so now I have invented a new thing. Voila. AKA, I'm slightly bored, and I feel like I don't post on here regularly anymore, so this will keep me posting, at least once a week. So, here goes the inaugural Truth Thursday post:

  • I am freezing cold. I am constantly being reminded that I hate being cold, yet I chose to live here. Was it a stupid decision? Never.
  • I am laying in my bed at 7:53 pm. Tawnya is watching Gilligan's Island downstairs, which I chose to opt out of, and Alexis is being vortexed at the mafia's...which leaves me tucked under four layers in my bed waiting for my best friend to get off of work. Lame? Maybe...but I'm totally okay with that.
  • This round of finals has not been pleasant and full of awesome adventures. I studied and procrastinated via many television shows and pinterest (best website ever). Now that school is (almost) over, I can do whatever I want, but many people have already left and all the super fun outdoorsy things I wanted to do can no longer be done due to the bitter cold outside.
  • I snoop, especially at Christmas time. I used to sneak around my house growing up and find all the presents before they were wrapped and look what they were. And I told no one, and pretended to be surprised on Christmas. Thus, I will have rotten and sneaky children. Also, I still pry for information, especially from roommates who are too good at keeping secrets. Curses.
  • I love Christmas. Despite my first truth, I want it to be a white Christmas, as I have never experienced one of those in my life. I want to wake up Christmas morning and see a few inches, even a foot of snow on the ground and see it still snowing. Then, unrealistically, I'd like to get in a horse-drawn carriage and go around for a bit drinking the best hot chocolate ever. Yeah...that 2nd part will never happen, but a girl can dream.
  • I love my new phone and I don't care who disses on it, including those Apple "elitists."  ;) It's fun, and although the screen is huge, I love playing with it My and skyping my brother on it while I cook, and other neat things. Yep, my phone is neat.
Well, there it is. I don't know how much I like it, but I'll just deal with it. It was kind of fun...and it should just get better and better, right? Right.
