I went to an awesome concert last night. It was super indie, and super awesome. I went with Mason to Kilby Court, in downtown Salt Lake City. Definitely a neat venue. The first girl, her name was Libby, she was pretty good...nothing too awesome though. The next band, which i can't remember was cool, it was way folky and indie. They played a tambourine with their feet. They also played bells with their feet! Horse Feathers was next, and they blew me away. SO AWESOME live. They had a mandalin, 3 tambourines, and a saw. It was just so awesome, I can't even explain. My ears were smiling the entire time. So yes, quite a fantastic night.
After the concert, we drove around Salt Lake for a bit, and we walked around the Gateway even though practically everything was closed. Good times for sure.
I got my first sunburn of the summer, thanks to two baseball games and a lacrosse game in the sun saturday. It hurts, but I love the sun haha.
