first spring weekend

was awesome.  I really did enjoy this weekend, and I felt like I got to hang out with a lot of people.  Friday was day on the quad, and I went with Keith, ran into Mason and Katie Carter and it was just so nice to chill and listen to some decent bands.  Then it was nap time and homework time, and then I went adventuring around campus with Mason and Pat.  We discovered some pretty cool things if I may say so myself.  Then I went to the True Aggie Night Dance on the quad with Katie, Sierra, and Kate.  Tai Wesley talked to us, and wanted us to dance on the stage with football recruits, so we did.  Then it was true aggie night, and for those of you wondering, I did not participate.  I became a true aggie back over labor day weekend, and I just spectate and provide moral support for my friends.  Then I locked myself out of my dorm, felt terrible, and then Katie and I went to Rancheritos and hung out with some of her Dominican friends from work.  That was interesting and entertaining to say the least.
Saturday I woke up with a terrible stomachache so I had little appetite all day.  However, I did manage to pull together and go running.  I wanted to run half of the 5k route, but I didn't have enough stamina. Boo. Then I took a long, relaxing shower and just chilled.  I went to Dalton's lacrosse game, adn he's pretty good for it being his first year.  I was definitely very impressed!  It was also great to just lay out in the grass, under the sun, watching kids play lacrosse.  Perfect afternoon.  Then we went to the Pizzeria Factory, because my grandma loves it.  Afterwards i watched movies with Keith.
this is Dalton's lacrosse game (he's number 25!)
Sunday has been pretty long.  I didn't get much sleep saturday night, so church was very long.  I felt the spirit so strongly and I am so grateful for the atonement.  That definitely hit home today.  I just love churching with my neighbors.  Nathan made me a flower during sacrament meeting.  Keith ran into a door during sunday school and it was hilarious.  Kent pretty much just slept.  But still, so fun, so much like a family.  Then it was nap time again, and we ate dinner, laid out in the sun and chilled, and watched another movie.  We tried to go to ward prayer, but because of some fireside, the time was moved, so we went and talked to Rene in the office.  It was quite entertaining.  Nathan gave me their last piece of pumpkin pie! :) I definitely felt special haha. (note: i will openly admit i have a pie obsession. what of it?).  Now I'm just avoiding my massive ELED 1010 project, which is why this is supercalifragilistically long and probably boring.
